Here you will be welcomed by a beautiful, premium furnished, spacious studio apartment close to metro, tram and traffic hub Schönhauser Allee, the “lifeline” of Prenzlauer Berg.
The sunny apartment for two people mediates pure relaxation by its integrated balcony and its panorama windows when looking on a row of houses from the 1900s on a quiet, tree-lined residential street of Berlin downtown.
Enjoy quiet luxury setting with excellent transport links, central location for only 67 to 72 Euro per night and free WiFi Internet access. The final cleaning is 25 €.
The apartment contains, in addition to the aforementioned balcony, an elevator, a large bathroom, a 1.60 m bed with comfortable cold foamed mattress and a kitchenette with all equipment you need. A walk-in wardrobe, a multimedia TV, parquet flooring and specially selected Acacia solid wood furniture transforms this City Studio into an unforgettable experience. As in all our apartments bed linen, towels, bath towels, hair dryer, soap, dishes, cutlery, plates, cups, pots and so on are included in the service.
The apartment is for two guests. On request we are able to extend it by an air bed. Parking in front of the house is possible and free of charge. Secured parking is available in the parking garage of the Schönhauser Allee Arcade arround the corner.

Apartment “Prenzlauer Berg”
Live in a beautiful spacious apartments for up to three people in the trendy district Prenzlauer Berg. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Berlin building of 1900 right next to the Guest House Pension Absolut Berlin, not far from the S-and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee.
This apartment is already available from 65 to 80 Euro per day with free WiFi. The one-time cleaning fee is 25 Euro.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for life: kettles, pots, dishes and so on. In the bathroom, hair dryer and towels are provided for you. The beds, in the masses 1 x 1.80 m and 1 x 0.90 m are bedded freshly for you. You do not have to worry about anything. Secured parking, can be found at the parking garage Schönhauser Allee Arcades only minutes away.

Studio Apartment “Mitte”
This studio apartment for two people is situated on the border between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg, on a road parallel to the famous shopping and bars Avenue Kastanienallee. Just 5 Minutes walking distance away you find the U2 underground station Senefelder Platz. From the apartment you can reach Rosenthaler Platz, Torstrasse, the Hackescher Markt, Museum Island and Alexanderplatz easily by foot.
The apartment is offered for very affordable 67 to 72 Euro including wireless internet access. The one-time cleaning fee 25 Euro.
Right at the intersection there is a supermarket which makes self catering very comfortable. Tip: Right across from the holiday apartment you find Mediterranean cooking restaurant. It is very popular and offers delicious meals. Most recently the same operator also opened a delicatessen counter next to the restaurant.
The kitchen of the apartment is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a washing machine (!) and a TV flat screen. The 1.80 meter bed is very comfortable and the soft sheets are readily covered for you. Enough hand and bath towels are also provided. The property is located on the fourth floor with no elevator – so bring some stamina with you;-). Parking on site is possible, but has to be paid hourly. It is better to use the car park of Kulturbrauerei up the road which costs seven Euro per 24 hours.
