When reservations are made by phone we reserve the right to a require a deposit of at least 50% of the total ammount.

Reservations by telephone are booked upon receipt of payment.
The payment must be received 6 days prior to arrival, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Given the availability of a short-term reservation is possible at any time.
Cancellation
A cancellation can only be made in writing and is valid until confirmed by Absolut Berlin.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancellation until 10 days before arrival is free of charge
Cancellation until 5 days before arrival 50% of the total
Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival 80% of the total
Failure to cancellations, no shows, cancellations on the day of arrival or during the stay, the total amount of reservation is due.
